Corporate Structure

The organizational structure of International Banking Institute is based on the general principles of organizational patterns and governance shared by leading Russian and foreign business schools and Universities.

IBI structure is based on the principle of governing the processes. Chairs and main departments and services that conduct and support the educational process are not strictly and permanently subordinated to certain faculties and report to profile vice-presidents. It simplifies the involvement of the said divisions to certain functional processes as necessary. Such subordination system makes it possible to provide integrity of approaches and requirements to educational and methodical work, operatively, flexibly and qualitatively use the intellectual, material and financial resources of the Institute, to specify the functions of individual employees and divisions in quality control basing of system positions, to simplify horizontal cooperation of divisions and individual employees and to focus efforts of the administration of faculties on educational and organizational work.
